Zeepay is the fastest growing fin-tech focusing on digital rails to connect digital assets such as mobile money wallets, cards, ATMs, Bank Account and Digital tokens to International Money Transfer Operators, Payments, Subscriptions, International Airtime and Refugee payments. In an effort to improve financial inclusion and make the world a better place to live.
We are a Mobile Financial Services Company with Offices around the World including the United Kingdom and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and other Regulators across Africa.
We provide last mile access to international payments and remittances companies and work with various players to expand distribution through digital globally.

Our Board of Directors

Andrew Takyi-Appiah
Andrew has had the opportunity to work with institutions such as Commonwealth Secretariat, Nestle, Barclays UK, GT Bank, Ecobank, UT Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his spare time, Andrew speaks on Mobile Payments and Banking and has been featured as a guest speaker at several International Conferences. His passion lies within Financial Inclusion and Mobile payments.
He is a product of University of Hull and University of California Los Angeles. He has lived and worked in 3 Continents – Europe, North America, and Africa.
In Africa he has experience and exposure working in more than 7 markets including Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, Burundi, Zambia, Malawi and South Africa. He has also been part of key retail deployments across Africa and comes on board with in-depth retail and payments experience.

Mr. Kwesi Yankey
Mr. Yankey is currently the Chairman of the University of Ghana Alumni Association, a Member of the University of Ghana Council,School of Health Sciences, Progeny Ventures International and Nuba Foods and Commodities Ltd. Prior to these roles, he served as Board Chairman for Global Access Savings and Loans Limited amongst many others.

Zoe Phillips Takyi-Appiah
She has extensive experience in Legal Transactions Advisory, covering various facets of the law including Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Natural Resources, Minerals and Mining, Banking and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. In her career, she has been part of high profile international assignments, counting among them, cross border IPO listings, multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and international arbitration.
Zoe has an LLB from the University of Essex and an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has been called to the Bar of England and Wales and is also a member of the Ghana Bar. She is very commercially minded and an invaluable asset to the Board.

Kwaku Achampong-Kyei
Prior to his appointment as Associate Director, he was the Head of Investments at GLICO Capital, he also worked with Standard Chartered Bank PLc (Accra/Ghana) where he rotated through Corporate Banking and the Group Special Asset Management Departments.
Mr. Kwaku Achampong- Kyei had also worked progressively in GLICO Life Insurance Company Limited since 2008 as an Accounts and Finance Officer, Audit Officer, Marketing Officer and Management trainee

Sir Daniel Charles Gyimah
He has chaired and served on the following Corporate Boards: First Ghana Building Company, National Investment Bank,Nestle Ghana Ltd ,Metro Mass Transit Company Ltd,Ghana Railways Company Ltd,GLICO LIFE Company Ltd,University for Development Studies UDS,TOTAL Ghana Ltd and Johnson and Associates.
He was honoured with an honorary Doctorate Degree, “Honoris Causa” in 2018 by the university for Development Studies, Tamale and awarded a “Papal Knighthood of the Catholic Church”.
Sir Gyimah is currently working as an independent consultant.

Tanja Havemann
She will help Zeepay to expand its services to other sectors and projects including sustainable agriculture and value chains, and also advices Zeepay on potential non-financial outcomes associated with its business. Tanja is a Danish-Swiss national, who was born in Tanzania, lived 18 years in East Africa, and has done business in over 25 countries.
